As our programs reach more communities, schools, and partners, the Innovate Tech X™ name allows us to serve students across regions while maintaining the same values, standards, and commitment that have defined our work from the beginning.

While the name Innovate Tech X™ reflects our expanded vision, the foundation of our organization remains the same:
- Innovate Tech Charlotte remains our legal nonprofit entity
- Our 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is unchanged
- Our mission, leadership, and governance are unchanged
- Our focus on access, and opportunity in technology education remains central
Students, families, partners, and supporters can expect the same programs, the same integrity, and the same dedication to preparing the next generation for meaningful careers and leadership in a technology-driven world.
